will be happy to assist you in that choice. Alternatively,
we build systems equipment to your precise specification
which is typically less expensive and has a greater flexibility
for upgrading.
What kind of warranty and service do I have on equipment?
If you purchase equipment through us such as custom configured
computers, you will get a three-year limited warranty on
all equipment. Other components are covered under the standard
manufacturer warrant and service agreements.
About Multimedia Production
Exactly what kinds of multimedia production are available?
We provide services for standard web-based and print graphics,
original audio/music composition, PowerPoint (tm) creation,
Flash/Swish production (including animation), video recording/editing,
DVD/CD recording and production, and streaming video. If
you have something in mind, chances are, we can do it for
you!
Can you use my own audio and video sources for my website?
Chances are, we can. However, there may be services we will
need to perform to make the production more efficient for
web broadcast and publication, such as editing and compression.
We cannot be responsible, however, for the publishing of
copyrighted music or video without a release from the original
artist. In other words, dont expect we can put your favorite
top-40 music on your web site, without first getting that
permission from the artist.
